App update

What's New in v1.1.1

We've been reading your feedback for the last few weeks, and a few things kept coming up: not enough flexibility in session length, no easy way to see if any of this is actually working, and nowhere to pause things when life gets in the way. Flow 1.1.1 is our answer to that. It's not a flashy release, but it fixes real friction points.

New Session Durations

The default 15-minute session isn't right for everyone, every time. Sometimes you just need to check one message and get out. So now you can pick 1, 2, or 5 minutes instead, alongside the original 15-minute option. Same intention step, same breathing exercise, just less time locked in if that's what a moment calls for.

Days in Flow Streak

There's a new card on the home screen that counts your consecutive days of completing a mindful intervention. It's a small thing. But streaks work: they're one of the few mechanics that actually help a habit stick instead of fading out after a week. Keep it going and watch the number grow.

Insights

This is the one we're most excited about. A new Insights tab now shows you the time you've saved, how much resistance you've felt before starting a session, what your intentions tend to be, and how all of that shifts over weeks. It's not just a dashboard for the sake of having one. It's meant to show you, in your own data, whether Flow is actually changing anything, because if it isn't, we want to know that too.

Vacation Mode

Sometimes you don't want to fight the urge at all, you just want a break from the system. Vacation Mode, tucked into Settings, pauses every app block you've set up. Your blocked apps and preferences stay exactly as they were. Flip it off whenever you're ready and everything picks back up.

Dynamic Island Timer

If you're on a supported iPhone, you'll now see a countdown right in the Dynamic Island while a session is running. No need to open the app to check how much time is left.

Bug Fixes & Improvements

A handful of smaller bugs got fixed, and things should generally feel snappier. Nothing dramatic here, just cleanup.

Update to 1.1.1 when you get a chance. These changes came directly from what people told us was missing, so if something still feels off, tell us: that's usually how the next version starts.
