How do I block or unblock an app?

• To block an app: Flow tab > + button > choose the single app you want to block.
• To unblock an app: Flow tab > Blocked Apps list > app menu > Remove app's block.

My apps are not blocked. What should I do?

• Check Screen Time access: make sure Flow has Screen Time access enabled in the system Settings.

How do I start a session?

• From the app: Session tab > Start a session button.
• From a blocked app: attempt to open a blocked app, then on the shield screen tap Start a session.

I don't get notifications. How can I fix this?

• Check notification access: ensure Flow has notification permissions in system Settings.
• Check Focus modes: make sure no Focus mode is enabled that silences notifications.
